Pick up was easy and surprising fast. The lady who served us was friendly and spoke fluent english. We got the latest model Civic and condition was good and ride was smooth. Return was also easy. I called them when I reach airport and the had staff waiting at drop off area. Both pick up and return were settled in less than 3 minutes.

When we collected the car at Bangkok Airport it was tightly parked between 2 other cars and the light was very poor...as a result a few of the existing little dings and scratches were not noticed and so not noted on the hire inspection report. I was relieved that none of these missed points became an issue at the offhire...although I did have my own hire pics which would have helped incase of a dispute.so all in all very fair and most importantly not opportunistic.

Service staff at counter were friendly & efficient.

Very easy to use and perks makes it more attractive.

I'm japanese. japanese . It would have been nice to have a Japanese car installation manual. I wanted at least an English manual. (In Thailand)
