The service was excellent, and the staff was very enthusiastic. The car had low fuel consumption, providing a fantastic user experience! When returning the car, I didn't have time to refuel, and the charges were very reasonable. There were no upsell attempts throughout the process, and the car replacement took about five minutes in total. Highly recommend!
There are plenty of vehicles, but the service is poor: I arrived at the rental location 1.5 hours early, but the staff made me wait 1.5 hours before arranging the pickup, wasting my time.
I waited for over half an hour before getting the car. The vehicle's condition was average, with over 100,000 kilometers on it and a strong interior odor.
The pickup waiting time was too long. Shouldn't everything be prepared in advance? The car was very old, having been driven over hundreds of thousands of kilometers. It didn't have CarPlay or a phone mount, making navigation very inconvenient.
