Very satisfied

Good car and mileage. Used it to travel around Barossa quite a bit and used just over half a tank for 4 days.

First two cars allocated the automatic key was not functioning - surprising default that had not been identified snd sorted before vehicles were allocated . Third car was functional but older , and overall in a much used state . underpowered.

Deposit amount for the locals is too high. I will never book Apex henceforth

Excellent service

The staff at Adelaide Apex were extremely unhelpful. We had an issue, asked to speak to the manager, went in person and still not able to make contact. Extremely frustrating. We were forced to pay extra insurance on top of the insurance we had arranged (zero excess was included in our insurance).
