Initial booking platform was a little confusing due to layout but after perseverance I was able to lock in the vehicle required and get an excellent deal with it too.

Car different to that booked however alternative was great no problems with qeeq or supplier apex

Could make it clearer that price drop whilst good is lost when you take up membership of qeeq

The car itself was great. Drop-off was very quick and professional. We were early for the pick-up and we had to wait for 1,5 hours, because there was no flexibility on the booked time. The mail I sent a week before to announce the earlier arrival was ignored.

The counter staff were helpful but when we arrived it was super busy and waited 30-40 min to pick up.

Prices were great and would use the company sgain.

Apex were excellent

I did try to change my pick up and drop off time but could not get through to qeeq. However apex handled it for me

An easy to follow process and essant staff

Counter staff very pleasant. Had to point out that booking included my wife as second driver without any charge. One of the few companies I found that didn’t have restrictions for mileage based on 100km within Perth area. There is a map on their site showing boundary limits which is excellent. Pick up easy, drop off is literally that. Drop the keys and go. The only down side to this is they don’t look over the car or check mileage/fuel so you wonder if you will be contacted for anything in the days after. However this has been 8 days since drop off and no contact but there was’t a need for this as the car was returned in the same condition as pick up. I have used Apex in NZ and would use again. Only issue was trying to contact Apex before booking as there is only a NZ number.

Maybe state that UK driving licence holder doesn’t need the international licence. I emailed QEEQ in advance to verify this with the. Email contact from QEEQ and texts with tips and info for collection and drop off and how to contact if any issues.

At first I thought it was a scam, but it was completely legit with great information provided

No problem with the booking a car

Everything was quick and easy. No problrms on pick up or drop off.

With the car rental being over the Xmas and New Year period, and me being over 70 yrs old, the price was a little more than usual but still reasonable.

Great car and good service we just had a couple of issues getting through to the company on the phone when it was time for pick up. Maybe update your phone lines??

Easy to use platform

Very good condition in general. HOWERE THE CAR DID LOSE POWER ON THE EASTERN DISTRIBUTOR ONCE. THIS WAS HIGHLY DANGEROUS. It happened about 15 minutes after pickup, however after a restart never happened again for the following 20+hours of highway driving.

Communications in the booking of the car hire company selected could be easier to find.

Unhelpful staff! Given booking was done through a third party QEEQ and Apex both denied being able to help with a very simple alteration in plans once payment had been taken. I would never recommend using this platform again.

It’s affordable price, but I would like to have more days for my trips but can’t find a price match.

The late opening of the office ment I was unable to catch a booked flight (also a second customer with same problem. Needs a drop off point at airport if there is a late opening. Will not rent Apex again because of this. Why as they are owned by Avis can’t they use their facilities for early dropoffs
