Very satisfied. I arrived an hour earlier than my rental time, and the staff let me pick up the car. They also extended the return time for me. The pickup and drop-off process was very quick with no need to queue. The vehicle was very new, with only 15,000 kilometers.
They claimed some tools were missing from the trunk and wanted to charge a fee, even though there were no incidents during the trip. After firmly arguing my case, they finally dropped it, but it was extremely unpleasant.
i book auto car but when i go there they have not any auto cars it is kind of scam to attract the people to rent there car.
