Location was advertized as in terminal location. However, after walking everywhere inside the terminal, found out I had to take a shuttle to an off airport location. I dont mind taking a shuttle, but pls do t say it is in terminal when its not!

The car actually exceeded my expectations! Great car.
It was however stressful to pick it up, and it took way longer than expected. Dropping off the car was a nightmare, as the parking lot was full and blocked the entrance.
Like: Great car, fast service Dislike: The shuttle driver at the return was going to leave even for his route even though he saw us. I had to convince him that I was ready to go (inspection done and all). Too bad that one person with lack of customer service was the last thing I remembered from this car rental.
Dislike: The pick up from the airport, since in MTL is very cold they should organise better.
