I found a car last minute with Fox through Easyrentcars.com that was half the price of the other options. THE GOOD: -Price was right. -Staff were easy to work with and friendly. -They didn't have the car I had reserved, but they gave me an upgrade. THE NOT SO GOOD: -My car smelled strongly of smoke. If I was in a smoking car, I would have liked to have known that before. -The check-in process could have been clearer. I waited 10 min behind people getting cars, before someone announced all I needed was to drop the keys with the front desk. It would be nice to have a car dropoff agent.

Ridiculously slow service from pickup at the airport to check in at the counter to waiting for the shuttle after drop off. Not worth whatever money I saved going through Easyrentcars.com

“Great Deal, Bad Customer Service”

Vehicle was extremely dirty inside and out. Also, for pre-paid fuel option, would give customer's to refuel in case they did not use as much as gas as they thought they would. Everything else was great, thank you.
