We got a car that exceeded our expectation, bigger than expected as we booked an intermediate size. The only complaint was that the external cleaning service was not working at the day of the pickup and we received a very dirty car (mud, dust etc'). The interior was clean. We were NOT notified by the desk service and had to come back after seeing the car to verify this is ok.
Otherwise a smooth pickup and dropoff.
