We ordered FIAT 500L and finally we take Peugeot 308 - but car was almost new (11.000 km) and there was enough space for 4 people with luggage. During pick-up was a queue and it takes more than 30 minutes to get the car. Returning the car was faster -about 20 minutes, inspection was fast too.

Giluia who was at Pisa terminal for Goldcar was the worst person I have ever experienced whilst renting a car. I rent weekly for work and to date this has been my worst experience ever. I have made a formal complaint and wish my 370 euros to be refunded.

Golcar is the usual pain in the arse. They didn't give me the car I booked claiming that the car wasn't available and they charged me an extra 100 euro for a bigger car which I didn't want but I had no choice.
