Even after buying the most expensive insurance, they still recommended an additional $10 insurance, claiming the one I purchased was not comprehensive enough. Frankly, I have no idea what's missing, but their attitude was relatively good.
Great service for both pick up and drop off. Also had a serious problem with the car and they sorted it without fuss. Great experience that exceeded expectations.
