The pickup process took longer than expected when compared to other companies I have dealt with before. Upon returning the car, the rental company informed me that there were scratches on the front disc wheel and charged me 171 euros. However, when I received the invoice via email, it stated that I only owed 140 euros.

To ensure a seamless drop-off process, we kindly suggest that you take photos of the car's interior and exterior and verify any existing damages marked in the contract. Excellent service. When my flight was delayed during the return, they extended the return time for free, but you must call the rental desk in advance to confirm.
