The only hick-up at check-in was resolved instantly - we were sent to pick up the rental care having been given a bay number, to find there wasn't a car there. This was resolved immediately and we were given an upgraded vehicle.

The service attitude was fine, but the only dissatisfaction was the long waiting time in line, possibly due to insufficient staff at the counter during the weekend.
