I saw a promotion for a 9-seater Mercedes and made a prepaid reservation, specifying that I would be traveling to the Czech Republic and Hungary. I called the rental company before departure to confirm, and they assured me it was okay and that it would definitely be a Mercedes, though the security deposit might be higher. However, at the store, the staff said the car couldn't go to the Czech Republic and Hungary and claimed they were not informed by the rental company about my travel plans. After much hassle, they gave me an Opel. To avoid delaying my trip, I took the car and left. An Opel and a Mercedes are the same class?! Not sure if the issue was with CARO or the rental company!

The staff was very friendly, the procedures were simple, and it took less than ten minutes to complete. The car was upgraded to a Sharan for free, eliminating all our concerns about luggage space. Extremely satisfied.
