Since I was renting from Salt Lake City and returning in Los Angeles, it seemed they couldn't find a car with California plates and tried to give me a downgraded model, which I refused because safety is paramount for long trips. Eventually, the manager managed to arrange a slightly upgraded Ford SUV, which was pretty good. There are gas stations near the return location, and since they require refueling within 10 miles, that was fulfilled, so I didn’t buy the fuel option from the company as their gas prices were a bit high.
