First time renting a car in the USA, and it was very convenient. After getting off the plane, follow the signs to the rental shuttle pick-up area. Almost all rental company shuttles stop there, and buses from the same company come one after another, so there's always a bus available. The paperwork is simple: provide the pick-up form, swipe your credit card for a deposit, get the pick-up slip, and go to the lot to pick up the car. There is no staff involved, just give the slip with the car number and mileage to the staff at the exit. Returning the car is even simpler; follow the instruction lines to park in the designated lane, a staff member will check the car, take the keys, and give you a receipt, then you are free to go.

An excellent car rental company with great service. They helped us retrieve forgotten items twice, once even having someone drive the car back to deliver the items. Overall, very good experience, and I will choose this company again next time.

Waited 90 minutes to get the car, which was covered in scratches and very dirty inside. Extremely terrible! It was almost midnight when I finally got the car, and I had been on a plane all day. I was in a very bad mood!!!
