Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for pick up of shuttle bus and depot about 10 mins from airport and difficult to fined when returning car We were charged another 35 euros as they said we were late but when booking the car rental we stated pick up time 8.00pm and we were there at 7.50pm and suttle bus didn't arrive till 8.05pm also told if we used the toll bridge by mistake we would be charged another 35 euros other car rental companies would just charge us the toll bridge charges so we will not be hiring from Surprice again

35€ supplémentaires à payer parce que voiture récupérée après 20h. montant jamais indiqué lors de la réservation. Attente sur le parking de l'aéroport de Faro pour la navette qui amène chez SURPRICE et pris qu'au bout de la 2ème, donc 35€ parce que pas sur place à l'aéroport aussi non précisé lors de la réservation.

Voiture plus petite mais le prix inchangé et aucune réaction du loueur. Ils m ont demander 15 euros par jour car je n avais pas de carte pour la caution, après avoir insister pour qu ils prennent ma carte de crédit qui prouver servir de carte pour la caution. Personne non aimable !

Il a fallu attendre aller-retour de la navette, suite aux nombres de réservations ( 2 voitures avec 7 personnes, puis 3 voitures avec 8 ou 9 personnes).

est ce que la toyota aygo est vraiment l’équivalent d'une fiat 500 L??? Une plus grande transparence sur d'éventuels frais qui pourraient êtres engendrés par un retour hors des horaires d'ouvertures du bureau.........
