We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.

“I will never rent through this company again.”
About RIGHT CARS: 5.7 /10
They forced me to buy extra insurance b/c I had less then 300,000 insurance coverage and nowhere in the contract it said that. For the price i paid i could have used Enterprise which does not have that ridiculous policy. I could not find the place, there was no parking for my brother who accompanied me to park his car while he was waiting for me. There is no signage, it is so hard to find. The staff was nice but there was nothing they could do.

Canadians BEWARE they will not accept your proof of insurance and force you to get coverage with them. Also they will not accept that you use your own SUNPASS on their cars!!! I was renting a car for three weeks imagine the overcharge. Instead I cancelled my rental and lost my deposit.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
