Everything was fine except for the language barrier. Simple enough, but the promised provisional hold turned into an actual charge, and I have no idea when it will be refunded!
The service attitude was good, but the A4 I reserved was unavailable. Only the Q2, Q7, and SQ5 were left, and they were all significantly more expensive than my reservation!
Chosen Toyota Kluger, provided a Kia Carnival instead. Kia Carnival's power is too weak, struggled with Sydney's slopes and bends.
