They unjustifiably refuse to accept Chinese driving licenses and their service attitude is terrible. Many Chinese people have been denied rentals, disrupting their travel plans. It seems highly likely to be racial discrimination. Let's support our country and fight back together!

I booked a car for 10:00 PM, but they closed at 10:00 PM without any notice or contact. I only got the car the next morning at the airport without any compensation. I clearly stated that I didn't want any insurance, but they still added basic insurance. Be sure to read carefully before signing!

This rental company enforces third-party liability insurance, so you still need to opt for it when renting. The listed prices on the website are misleading. If you're adding $18 a day at the location, you might as well book directly from Sixt, which doesn't generally force you to buy. The car is fine.

Without telling added all kind of insurances and presented it without comments. Kept on pushing on a stupid road help insurance that I clearly not wanted. Annoying. They could just advise before adding it to the bill.
