There was no Chinese service at all. Due to flight reasons, we postponed the pick-up time by one day after communicating with the rental service in advance. Even though the car rental agreed to the change, it still took two hours to complete the pick-up process.

The fuel filter light came on, but the rental company resolved the issue promptly. The service was better than Budget in Europe.

I always use this service; it's economical.

Although the model was different from what we initially confirmed, it was still in the same category. The car was in good condition and the service was quick. Thumbs up! However, during settlement, the fees were overcharged, whether intentionally or unintentionally, but we corrected it upon review.

The child car seat was terrible. It was dusty and had bad smell. It was like the company has been using for over 10 years without cleaning. My daughter got allergy since the first day of using the car. The counter staff was also helpless. They kept asking me to buy more insurance package without checking the document that I chose super plus insurance package. And the last thing, the car wasn't Honda civic. Overall, it was quite terrible experience this time.
