The rental company staff were very attentive. When I picked up the car, the air conditioning was already on, showing their attention to detail. Since I returned the car early, the staff started their shift at 5 AM. The most impressive part was that I accidentally broke a side mirror, and when I offered to pay for the damage, they waived the compensation without hesitation.

The process was simple, convenient, and smooth. The service staff were extremely friendly, patiently gave us directions, and even upgraded our vehicle for free. Although it was a previously damaged car, it didn't affect the driving experience.
