They added numerous insurances without any consultation and forced us to buy a full tank of gas after rejecting them, charging us $60 for gas that costs $40 outside. The vehicle model was downgraded from a Grand Cherokee to a regular SUV, which was not four-wheel drive, preventing us from visiting King's Valley. This was the worst car rental company, hands down.

The waiting time for picking up the car was a bit long. The navigation phone rented from the store was very slow and consumed a lot of battery.
