The service from such a big company is poor, with a terrible attitude. They gave us the wrong car model without any apology throughout the process. Although it was eventually resolved, it delayed us by two hours and required three trips back and forth. We had to unload and reload the luggage, which was very inconvenient.

In Seville, this store is located inside the train station. It would be helpful if they directly stated it's inside the train station. The staff were very friendly, overall very satisfied.

Located on the second floor of the train station, it's easy to find. The car pickup is quick and self-service to the parking lot, with staff assistance and enthusiastic service. Returns are also at the train station. You can find clear Europcar locations at almost every train station and airport.
