The navigation address was incorrect, and we couldn't find the store. They pushed for insurance and an upgrade. Because we couldn't find the store, we were late and weren't given the car. Even after rebooking, we couldn't receive the car earlier. We waited around the store for over 4 hours.

As soon as I got off the plane, Hertz was right next to me. The staff took out my order number and, at my request, helped me pick up the car at the parking lot. Great service, five stars, thank you!
