Originally reserved to pick up the car in the city, but was told upon arrival that I had to go to the airport, wasting nearly an hour. PS: Spent 2 hours looking for the store, there were no clear signs, the provided address was incorrect, and the store name was not given in advance.

They provided door-to-door service for both pickup and return. They didn't mind that we were a bit late returning the car. We also needed to extend the rental by one day on short notice, and it was easily arranged at the same rate as before. Great service!

KK company operates fairly professionally with clear and complete documentation. The service attitude is also good. However, the condition of the cars leaves much to be desired – they were dirty, old, and damaged. One of the cars we rented had scratches all over. It seems their vehicle fleet might be insufficient. Typically, operational vehicles in Kota Kinabalu have yellow-painted rooftops. One of the cars we rented had a yellow rooftop with KK lettering, while the other one didn't, making it unclear where that vehicle came from.
