Great Customer Service, Poor Vehicle for Price

The store was easy to spot on the main road, and the car was picked up directly at the store.

The car rental went smoothly. Had to wait for 5 minutes to pick up the car. The store clerk took several photos with a pad, and of course, I did too. When returning the car, an elderly man quickly signed off. I’m happy to give a good review. Booked an automatic Suzuki Swift, but got a Ford Fiesta. Fortunately, it was a hybrid, relatively fuel-efficient. Space wasn’t large but suitable for Athens.

The provided car was higher what I booked but the car was old and not in realy good condition. The staff were good.

I paid a higher price to fetch and return my car at different location but when I reach the car pick up point, the address was wrong. I called the company and they want me to fetch the car from the returning location. The staff was very rude! This is my worst experiences getting a car rental.
