Terrible service. Only picked up the car an hour late and couldn’t get the same type of car as expected. Still haven’t received a refund. Bad attitude. Won't consider this company next time.
The reserved car model was unavailable, so they replaced it and charged us again. Why wasn't the deposit for the reserved model refunded?
