There is no store at the airport, but there is a dedicated person at the airport to assist with car pick-up, which is very convenient.

Before departure, I added them on WeChat to ask questions but never received a single reply. I called three days in advance, and they said everything would be on time, but no one was there when we arrived at the airport. We made numerous calls and waited for over half an hour before finally getting through. From the tone, it was clear they had forgotten. We waited another 20 minutes before someone showed up. They didn't even apologize, just asked for our booking confirmation. Then we waited another 10 minutes for the car, and I had to fill out forms on the roadside. The only good point was the lower deposit, just 100 MYR in cash. The car itself was decent, but it lacked any extras like GPS. Overall, it's nowhere near as good as in Thailand.

We arrived at the pickup location earlier than scheduled. Initially, we didn't expect to get a car right away, but they arranged it for us very quickly.

Dislike: The car hired was a Toyota (or similar) and the one given was a Proton Alza
