Picking up the car outside business hours will lead to an additional fee of 50MYR. I extended the rental by three days simply by calling QEEQ's customer service for confirmation, which was very professional and convenient.     We spent the first two days island hopping after arriving in Langkawi, so on the third day we called to arrange a car pickup outside the airport. The service was good; for an extra fee, they could deliver the car to the hotel, which wasn't too expensive. Future renters can judge for themselves. The car was as described online, but after a while, the air conditioner broke down. We contacted them immediately, and they sent someone to fix it when we passed by the airport office. However, it still didn't work after a while, so they replaced the car that night. Overall, the service was good. A reminder for everyone, when renting a car abroad, having a phone is very important.
