Not satisfied, they charged an extra 22 euros for insurance even though I had already bought it. Tried to explain repeatedly but they wouldn't accept it.
A very disappointing overseas car rental experience. We spent a long time finding the rental company shuttle bus at the airport, and then the rental company refused to accept the driving license translation provided by the app.
