The car and service were excellent. The wait time at the airport was longer than I would like but drop off incredibly smooth. Highly recommended overall.

A great platform - can access top value cars really easily.

The staff were not very friendly. They forced to pay additional costs that were not necessary. The car we were given was not satisfactory. The lights were not working. There was only one staff. We had to wait to get a new car

Horrible experience with counter staff at Lisbon Airport. Unfriendly, lazy, failed to provide information about the drop-off process, tried to manipulate me to buy extra insurance. Extremely unprofessional and would not use them again.

We had a terrible experience at goldcar the lady at the desk was very condescending and not helpful at all after a long period of time about the Amex and insurance she was not helpful in any way. We then needed a moment so we stepped out so me and my wife could converse about the insurance deal that goldcar staff was offering and the lady at goldcar canceled the booking without are consent then she did nothing to help as we had just arrived from Toronto. So we are very disappointed and for future reference will never use goldcar So we had to rent with someone else and was a much better experience

The price of insurance is very high for the place, about 6 times more than other rentals.
