Fox only has one shuttle bus to and from the airport. When there are many people, you have to wait a long time. The one-way trip from the airport to Fox takes about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, I had to wait for three shuttle buses before I could get on. At the company, I waited more than an hour to complete the paperwork. When I got the car, it wasn't washed, the gas tank was almost empty, and there was a collision mark on the front which they needed to record specially. The fuel level was only at 1/8, and they told us to fill it up ourselves and return it at 1/8. This is very unreasonable... Overall, the experience was very bad. The price wasn't much cheaper either. I strongly suggest choosing a larger company.
This was a terrible experience I will never use this again. I rented a Ford Explorer for a ski trip be I needed four wheel drive and space for gear. When I got to fox they said they don’t have any 4X4 and gave me a minivan and the guy at Fox couldn’t have cared less about how that would effect the trip. We ended up having to pay to take a bus because nothing without four wheel drive is aloud up the roads when it snows.

A mid size car is advertised as suitable for 4 pieces are large luggage. The car provided a Kia Soul can only take 1 large and one small piece if the back seat is occupied. For two people it was fine but should not be used in this category.
I also heard the check in clerk tell a client they did not have the seven seater booked available because “We do not have visibility of on line bookings through third party booking sites”. This is appalling and would make me think twice about using them again. The check out service is slow and inefficient. The clerk held on to my credit card and drivers licence for 20 minutes while going to find me the class of car booked. The car did go well and was good value but was full of marks and small dents

Easy to deal with. Price drop protector worked fine but th e difference should be refunded a lot earlier than after completion of the car hire
The car was dirty inside and out. I had to spend 30 minutes documenting and photographing all the scratches and inside mess in poor lighting before I could leave the facility. The car ran well and got good gas mileage.
The instructions for pick up of the shuttle told me to go to first floor of the parking garage. Actual Pick up was in front of the ground level rental car rental area.
Jesus the shirt driver was kind and gracious.
Need more staff assigned - my pick up time was too long. It seemed there was only one person on staff.
