Quick pick up and drop off, nice clean and new car. Highly recommend.

The staff were quite friendly, but unfortunately no one spoke Chinese, which was a bit disappointing. My English isn't very good, so I relied on my daughter for communication, and we ended up buying additional insurance. I booked a Corolla, but they didn't have one available, so we got a Hyundai i30 of the same class instead. We didn't want to wait, so we took it.

Having arrived after midnight. Address given and phone number were closed down. Took Uber to go to other terminal. Only to find out that Hertz managed Firefly. This would have been nice to know as there was a lot of mucking around. Plus had to get email with lower price as Hertz we’re going to charge more. Other than that great.

It would have been nice to know that Firefly was located at the Hertz counter as wasted time looking for office. Also was assured when booking car that a walker could fit in car. Did but with much difficulty

Great simple cheap alternative that met my requirements - the only issues was that the car was not ready, even though it was booked and the car was not totally clean - it had been washed poorly which made it challenging to check for any pre-existing damage

Great online tool - the massive benefit is the total insurance coverage which brings the overall hire expense down a huge amount. Love it and have used it several times.
