Trip to the U.S. National Parks

There was a long queue, likely due to a recent flight arrival, but the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive. We were upgraded to a large SUV for free, and the car had a particularly spacious interior.

The car pickup was very quick, no one was in line, and the clerk kindly gave us a four-wheel drive, likely because we were going on a long trip.

I originally reserved a five-seater SUV, but they upgraded me to a seven-seater. The Ford FLEX is too long for convenient parking, so I requested a change. They gave me a Ford Explorer with just over 20,000 kilometers on it, equipped with 4WD and hill descent control. Many thanks to the American lady at the AVIS parking lot at Salt Lake City Airport, who patiently used the translation app to communicate with me and helped me get the car change. This made my driving experience in Yellowstone Park extremely comfortable.

It's decent as long as there are no extra charges.
