The staff at both pickup and drop-off locations were very friendly, patient, and warm. Especially when I forgot a key at the hotel during drop-off, the staff, after getting permission, provided me with a vehicle for free so I could retrieve it. It was very touching.
They send us a 2 dollar toll fine, with 30 dollar administrative costs. Thrifty just booked the added toll from the creditcrad. So the 30 dollars that National added was a real buster.
Like: Brand new 2018 model for the vehicle I reserved. Dislike: Faulty printer made the printing of invoices and receipts time-consuming.
