We had purchased full insurance when placing the order, but at the store, they said it didn't cover everything and asked for an additional 1000 RMB for full coverage. And then they charged a management fee on top of that. Such a rip-off.

The service provided by Hertz was terrible; the staff we encountered were all scammers. They used various excuses to prevent us from using our original reservation and forced us to pay higher fees.
