The car is really old and has issues.

The attitude was quite unfriendly, forcing us to buy additional insurance. They don't rent cars without an international driving permit and didn't even look at the translation. Once the insurance was upgraded, it was fine. Clearly a scam.

Before renting the car, I specifically contacted the car rental company but did not receive any notice that only credit cards with Visa or MasterChip are accepted. On the rental day, the company said that my credit card with a UnionPay logo could not be used. I asked if my spouse's card could be used, and they said no. When I asked what to do, they said we just need to pay an extra 80 euros to use the credit card with the UnionPay logo and Visa chip. We had two families renting two cars, so we paid an extra 160 euros. Additionally, because the return time was 6 am, outside their business hours, we paid a 24 euro service fee per car. PS: Another Chinese tourist family renting a car at the same time as us also had to pay the 24 euro service fee and a one-month deposit of 1460 euros.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Very, very, very, very bad service! They forced us to buy €62 insurance, otherwise they wouldn't give us the car! The same happened to two other Chinese customers as well. They require a Visa card for security deposit, but I just declared bankruptcy. Managed to use cash instead, paid 500 Euros as deposit, which was refunded after returning the car. Pretty reliable. The owner carefully inspected the car before lending it out, suggested taking photos for records. Very meticulous owner.
