I was dissatisfied with the staff's attitude when picking up the car. They gave me a small car and were very impatient when I requested a change. Just because the middle-aged woman with an Asian face is in the USA, does she think she's American?
Booked to pick up the car at 9 AM, arrived at the counter at 9:30 and was told no cars were available, had to wait for an hour. At 10:30, there were still issues, and I didn't get the car until 11. It took an extra hour and a half in total, very frustrating.
Very convenient. Initially, they only asked for the online order printout and then requested the return slip, but there was no need for a translated driver's license. The staff were very friendly. I mentioned that I needed a car with a USB port, and they patiently searched the system for several minutes to find one. The vehicle was brand new, having only driven about 300 miles. Picking up the car was also very convenient, right in the hotel's garage.
