The instructions said to look for the pick-up staff at the international arrivals area, but no one was there. The provided phone number couldn't be reached, and there was no storefront in the airport. It was very frustrating not being able to contact anyone after landing.
Was a new car - taking/handing over were very smooth (though Yesaway has no counter at the airport. Just need to give a call, and staff came to receive us.
