Inconvenience

Lack of Chinese pickup guide. Picking up the car at the counter required a deposit of more than $250, which is more expensive than other companies. Upon actual car pickup, I was notified to pay an additional traffic accident insurance fee, similar to mandatory liability insurance in China. Returning the car was very convenient. The car I received had an issue with the wiper blade. I initially planned to contact the rental company to replace it, but later fixed it manually myself, which took an hour. The main reason was the previously replaced wiper blade was not installed properly. The Dodge Caravan 7-seater, when the rear three seats were folded down, had a large luggage space. After using it for over ten days, I wanted to extend the rental period, but the rental company had no cars available. The rental staff recommended renting from the adjacent Sixt company, where I successfully rented a full-size Chevrolet SUV for a day.

Very good and smooth service at the rental centre in Miami Airport. Much better that what I have experiences in other locations. As always when booking through I broker, I hope for some kind of online checking process to reduce the time spent on data entry at the location.
