The staff were polite

We booked a VOLVO but were given a Sonata. No matter what we said, it didn't help. Please compensate us.

The car pickup experience was very poor. We were assisted by a Chinese staff member who made us wait at the airport for a long time. When handling the paperwork, they tried to upsell storm insurance and gravel insurance, which I declined. They did not accompany us to inspect the car comprehensively; they just handed us the keys and let us go. The car return experience was better and quite efficient.

Satisfied. Just a phone call upon arrival at the airport, and they came to pick us up. Reykjavik Airport is very small, so it's easy to get picked up.

Excellence service. The lady driver very helpful and friendly. She assist us to pick up our luggage at locker area and drop us at airport. The guy that at the counter explain the contract with us and speed of pick up and drop off process very fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Good service to Mike. As I had live chat with him to inform that my flight will delay. He helps me to call the car supplier company to hold the car first as i was unable to call at that moment. Thank you.
