The service from the pickup and drop-off staff was excellent. They even helped with our luggage, making the whole process quick and trustworthy.

There's no dedicated counter at the airport! You have to go to the service desk and make an announcement to call someone! The car wasn't in a full tank when handed over, so you have to refuel after picking up, which affects your schedule. They don't refund money if you return the car with more fuel, which is very different from experiences in other countries!
