However, it's best not to change the car model at the counter as the price difference from the app quote can be significant. If there's no car available for an exchange, you can request a similar car without an extra charge.

I confirmed the order with the car rental customer service before picking up the car, and received an email from the rental company saying the reserved car was ready. However, the counter told me the car I reserved wasn't available and recommended another model, claiming the diesel car was very cheap. The cost turned out to be more than twice the original order. My colleague signed the contract without looking carefully, thinking the doubled amount was a pre-authorization charge. What’s annoying is that the counter didn’t mention anything about upgrading the car. For such upgrades, informing the customer is the least they should do.

Extremely rude and unprofessional

The staff was very warm and friendly, even though we were finishing the car rental process near the closing time. Everything went smoothly. We rented a Touran but received an Opel instead, which had much more space. It was fantastic.

Ended up with a Mazda 6. An amazing car. All sorts of extras that made driving easy.
