1. Charged an extra 50 euros for overtime due to flight delay, which is very excessive. It was about 1 hour.
2. Overcharged.
3. Deliberately did not provide the reserved model, claiming the order was too cheap.
The service was excellent. We arrived late, and even though it was after their closing time, they waited for us. We had to switch vehicles because we didn't have two credit cards, but we were still very satisfied. Highly recommend!
The staff of Hertz at TGL airport were very helpful and considering. They even gave a higher level car when they noticed my renting duration which was very thoughtful.
Pickup was very easy, Drop off was also perfect. The one thing which could be better was that Hertz drop off location in the parking was not very clear.
