You will see the counter right after exiting the airport. There was a group of French friends in front of us, and because the explanation was very detailed, it took almost ten minutes. When it was our turn, they kept offering us water and gave my daughter dates to eat. The staff was very courteous.
When picking up the car, they didn't inform me where to park when returning it to Dubai Mall, nor did they mention there would be additional fees if not returned at the airport.

A woman with a bad attitude said they would only give me an extra half-hour. I ended up taking a wrong turn in the parking lot—Dubai's roads are very complicated. Each wrong turn meant a significant detour to get back, and eventually, I accidentally exited the parking lot, had to queue to get back in, and only then found the designated spot, which took over an hour.
