They didn't have the model I reserved or a similar one, and gave us a smaller car, which couldn't fit all our luggage. The staff didn't help solve the problem. The pickup store was small and only accepted credit cards with chips.
I recently picked up cars at Rowland Heights twice, and both times they didn't have the model I booked. Only electric vehicles were available, so I was forced to pay extra to upgrade to a higher-level model. Especially last month, I booked a morning pickup, but the staff told me I had to pay extra to upgrade or wait until the afternoon for the model I booked. I needed the car urgently, so it was very frustrating.
We arrived to pick up the car around 10 AM, but there were no cars available. We were told to check back at 12 PM, with no guarantee of a car. Customer service later helped us but required an additional fee for an upgrade.
They said the model listed on the order was not available and asked for extra payment to switch to another model.
