Dissatisfied. The order clearly stated that the one-way fee was included, but upon arrival, I was asked to pay it again. They said that although it was included, it hadn't been paid, which is purely misleading! I ended up paying over 100 RMB more than what was listed in the order. Additionally, the questions asked by the staff and the forms to fill out were too cumbersome, many of which had already been filled out online. This wasted a lot of time. It was the slowest car rental experience I've had abroad.

Great service. They didn't charge us any deposit when we picked up the car, which exceeded our expectations. Initially, they recommended a NISSAN MICRA with seriously worn tires, which looked unsafe. We politely declined. Possibly due to the high insurance we purchased at the counter, 20 euros/day, they provided us a very new OPEL, which had only 500 kilometers on it. It was compact and very practical for people like us with different driving habits. During the following 13 days, the car performed excellently, even reaching 140 km/h on the highway without any problems. For a 1.2-liter engine, it did very well. When returning the car, our credit card couldn’t be used at the airport gas station’s automated machine, but the car rental company didn’t have any issues; they just let us pay for the fuel directly. It was a wonderful car rental experience.

The car provided was decent overall. When you arrive to handle the paperwork, they'll try to offer various additional services. Make sure you know what you need and don't get talked into something unnecessary!

Complete reservacion para recoger auto en aeropuerto de Valencia. Recibi llamada de QEEQ indicando que tenia que recoger auto en otra oficina de Enterprise fuera elo aeropuerto. Inconveniente pero fui a local indicado. Cuando llege me indicaron que auto estaba listo en aeropuerto. Tuve que tomar taxi adicional al aeropuerto sin necesidad.
