The deposit was not refunded even after 3 months of returning the car. No one handled the negotiations. The car rental company did not respond at all, and the after-sales service of the rental platform also did not address the issue.
The vehicle was outdated, and I had to wait a very long time, at least 20 minutes, to pick up the car. Make sure to take a detailed video during pick-up. It's recommended to wash the car before returning.
There was no one holding a sign to meet me at the airport exit. I called and they said they would arrive shortly, but they didn't have a sign. It took 40 minutes before we finally connected.
Both the pickup and drop-off processes were very smooth. The staff was quite friendly and didn't try to create any trouble. However, the car was very old. Even though it had only 70,000 kilometers, it felt like it was falling apart. That said, cars on Egyptian roads are generally in poor condition, so ours might have actually been decent in comparison.
There was no sign for pickup at the airport. I had to call and wait for half an hour before they showed up!
