نعم هذه الشركة لا يوجد عندها مكتب سيارات بالمطار يأتي الموظف لاستقبالكم بالمطار والتواصل معك بالجوال وقد تجده وقد لا تجده وايضا الاحظ عليه محاولت أخفاء عيوب السيارة لتحاسب عليها ما لم تنتبه له

لا يوجد .........الا عدم الاهتمام بالعميل بعد انهاء الاجراء في تسليم السيارة حيث يوجد بعض المشاكل في التسليم

In the description it's written that Autounion is inside terminal. It's not. It's 3-400 meters outside the terminal. Besides fuel policy is written to be full to full. It's not. It's leave it as you get it.

Cars are old and worn out...mine was a hybrid with 200,000 km on it...no wonder the battery was useless

The car had not been properly serviced upon pick up. It was lacking in windshield wiper fluid and other fluids seem to be low as many indicator lights came on towards the end of our trip.

There was a bit of a wait to pick up the car. Two staff were serving. They did make us wait outside the portacabin whilst they dealt with other customers - and it was actually cold that day! However, once we were served it went smoothly - no hidden charges or attempted "upselling" so this was much appreciated. The return was done quickly an efficiently.

I rented the Rav4, the car was older than I expected but I rented for 1 week and had no mechanical faults, AC and radio worked well also. After reading reviews I was worried I would have problems with my deposit being returned but I had no problems I got my refund soon as I returned the vehicle.

Great little economic car

Good service and very convenient.

It was a complete nightmare. Called the store clerk upon arriving at the airport, but couldn't understand them due to a heavy accent and poor attitude. After contacting customer service, I finally got to the store. The clerk demanded 200 euros for highway fees, threatening a 15 euro charge per camera if not paid. Had to pay 100 euros after further customer service intervention. Not sure if the clerk or all Turkish people are scammers. On one day, the car broke down and we were stranded on the highway. The rental company said we could only contact them via WhatsApp, but I couldn't receive the verification code. Kept asking customer service for help until we finally got a new car after a whole day's hassle, which completely disrupted our travel plans.

The staff were all great and moved as quickly as they could. When I missed the cut off for the pick up shuttle I went directly to Autounion the next morning as soon as they opened. It was busy with people picking up and dropping off but the process of getting the car was smooth. There was an issue with the check engine light coming on but it's a known issue so they told me not to worry about it. Overall it was a smooth process and I would rent with them again.

Nice car and great service

The car was fine , not pristine but I was happy with that Thehand over was very rushed as staff wanted to leave for night . A few things were slightly tricky , no manual provided couldn't get bonnet to open to refil washer fluid Had trouble finding fuel cap cover lever first time Was a bit concerned as a solo female dropped her car off just before closing and a large family with young kids also and were told no shuttle available and they were closed. Foreign travellers and left high and dry with no ability or numbers to call for taxi etc and staff not interested to help. I also had trouble with pick up from airport as my flight in was a little late but luckily they did or I would have been scuppered. Im senior and NOT a techy person and had only data on my phone !!!. The shuttle driver was very helpful for me nut not for the other customers. I felt really sorry for them as the actual place is quite far from airport , on an Industrial estate and relatively isolated from public routes etc

Overall good, the service was fine. The car had several scratches, but they informed me in advance.

The booking was convoluted, and set up in such as way to provide conflicting information. I had to spend an extra $100 on the car hire that I shouldn’t have if the advertised policy was followed.
