When returning the car, I was charged 250 euros for a minor scratch that I couldn't prove existed before pick-up. The staff didn't inspect the vehicle with me when I picked it up.
1. The instructions from the rental platform about airport pick-up were unclear (after arrival, go upstairs to the departure hall, exit through the leftmost door, and wait at the parking spots with yellow diagonal lines while contacting them, look for a yellow minibus with a noticeable Centauro sign);
2. After contacting them, we waited for over an hour.
Unethical company. They forced an extra charge of 68 euros during pick-up and unfairly charged 290 euros for scratches during drop-off. Be very cautious if you don't purchase extra insurance.
